The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013
Under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (PoSH Act, 2013), a Women’s Complaint Redressal Committee has been constituted by the Law and Judiciary Department, Ministry (Head Office) Mumbai, as well as for its Nagpur and Aurangabad branches, to inquire into complaints of sexual harassment of women employees. This committee was constituted by the department’s order dated 23/09/2019, and has been reconstituted as per the order dated 18/03/2025
